Over all the stay was satisfactory. But the metro train construction is ruining the area...

Aklum & Jeyashree - the hotel managers - should not be working there. The worst customer-service training they have. DO NOT leave your unopened food packets , they will steal it. The room was filthy and dirty and the shower knob was broken and took ages for them to fix it. This all , inspite of paying for the junior suite room costing Rs.6000 a night, and we stayed 3 nights there, totalling Rs.23,000 with GST. NOT WORTH THE STAY. Please stay away from this place, we are from US and will not approve of this place VERY VERY BAD.

Overpriced for What You Get – Poor Value and Comfort!!
I recently stayed with my family and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations.
We arrived approximately two hours before the official check-in time and requested an early check-in. Despite our polite request and the fact that we were traveling with a child, we were told that no rooms were available. This was quite surprising, as it’s the first time I’ve encountered a hotel unwilling to accommodate early check-in, especially when rooms often are available. We were asked to wait in the lobby, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable for my wife, son, and me.
The room itself was underwhelming. The cleanliness and quality of the room, bathroom, and amenities did not reflect the price charged for a one-night stay. Additionally, we were disappointed to learn that only three small bottles of drinking water were complimentary. When I later requested more water at the reception offering to pay for it, it was never delivered.
The bed provided was only suitable for two people, which is not ideal for a family with a kid. This lack of accommodation made our stay even more uncomfortable.
Overall, the experience felt more in line with what one might expect from a two-star hotel, not the standard or value we were led to believe we would receive.

Room for improvement
Nice and friendly staff but service levels could do with improving in certain areas.
Room cleaning mostly a challenge, always something missing or not replaced.
Couldn’t use swimming pool because every day there are children swimming lessons taking up whole pool for min first 3 hours 6-9am. Then pool closes 6pm so I couldn’t even swim after work! I complained but taking revenue from swimming lessons is obviously more important than guests use.
The automatic piano in the lobby is annoyingly loud and during my Dec stay they played same 6 or 7 tacky Xmas songs on loop which was everywhere, toilets,restaurants,lobby,lifts,walkways,pool you couldn’t escape it.
The bar is very dark and overplays loud techno music with extremely distorted bass.
Service can be slow in there.
I will only come back here if holiday inn is full.
Cleaning in rooms not brilliant. Behind blinds/curtains is black/grubby and whilst looking for tv remote saw u see the bed thick dust/hair and an old pair of knickers!

房间不错,离机场不远
这家酒店位置很好,在市中心。入住手续不太方便,工作人员可能不太专业或者已经很疲惫了,要知道当时才上午11点。房间还算可以,但卫生有待加强,我们发现洗手间里有前一位客人留下的烟头和头发。早餐很丰盛,味道也不错。员工方面,有几位帮了忙,但酒店总经理真的很友好也很积极。他很乐意听取反馈并提供了帮助。总的来说,虽然算不上五星级体验,但绝对是个不错的短暂停留之地。
酒店地理位置不错,但感觉不像五星级酒店。

Uber 出租车出了问题。与司机通电话时不会说英语。如果您遇到麻烦,酒店工作人员会在智能手机上帮助您安排,您就能安全抵达工作地点。非常感谢。
