Unsanitary and sketchy. Upon arrival for check in and departure for checkout, the guests services guy wasn’t welcoming. Doors to the lobby were locked in the middle of the day. You have to stand outside to inquire about anything.
So the unsanitary part, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets had blood stains, and bodily fluids on it. That also includes cigarette burns on the unclean sheets. It smelled like water damage and was humid inside. The attendant guy offered me another room and it too smelt horrible. Be careful with this place the doors are unlocked too.
Overall, that place sucks bad. I’m not exaggerating, I’m just being honest. Book somewhere else if you’re temporarily visiting in the DeRidder area.

Looked bad, smelled bad. Stains on the linens and spread. Reserved a king bed and got 2 full size beds. My husband and I slept in separate beds. His bed was made so poorly that he had to remake it
Not enough towels, no housekeeping services. We didn't stay the second night but found another room somewhere else for the rest of our stay.

This hotel room was SO nasty! When we first walked in, there were dead termites all over the floor and all over the a/c unit. I put the a/c unit on high cool and it was barely blowing air. We took the two filters out of the unit and it started blowing a little better. The filters were so full of dust that the air could not blow out. All the dresser drawers were broke. The smoke detector was ripped from the wall and thrown into a dresser drawer. All the lamps were rusted and peeling. Then we get to the bathroom. The tub was FULL of black dirt and grime. The toilet bowl had dried poop in it, all over. The toilet seat rim was full of dried up urine, from men using the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and laying behind the toilet. The floors were disgusting! We had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies. My husband scrubbed the tub and I cleaned the toilet. The toilet itself almost fell over when sitting on it. It leaked after flushing. All over the floor and the tub was very slow to drain. The whole sinkand counter top was gross. No one has cleaned that room in a long time. We did have clean towels/washrags. Surprisingly, the bed sheets were clean and so was the comforter. But, at this point, we didn't want to sleep in the beds! We brought our own pillows and blanket, so we used them. I know the old saying, "you get what you pay for" and we usually go for the more expensive hotels because of this, but lesson learned.

The first room I was in was filthy, waiting for housekeeping upon arrival at 2pm. I asked for a new room and they said it would take 30 minutes to cut another key. Then I ran into the housekeeping lady and she informed me that keys were universal; as in guests were issued the housekeeping key. Which makes sense because the door card readers were inoperative in both rooms. Smoke detectors weren’t installed. Soap scum and god knows what else inside the tub. Linens were threadbare. $60/night, I guess you get what you pay for. The only real redeeming quality was the housekeeping lady. I was in town for work on night shift and she still left clean linens for me outside the door. She was nice and kind. Unfortunately, for $10/night more I can stay somewhere slightly cleaner, more convenient, and not have to trust that the other guests don’t figure out we all have the same key.

The lobby was locked and I had to check in through a little service window. The safety lock at the top on the door was missing. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. I know it was a 54 dollar room but this was not a pleasant stay

It was very quiet, and we felt very safe!!! We asked for a King size bed, but ended up with a double bedroom!!! Even with that it was a good stay!!!!

THE BED WAS REMADE AND YOU CAN TELL THE SHEETS BEEN ON THE BED AND REMADE THE BATHROOM WAS NASTY AS IT HAD FESSES ON IT BATHROOM TOWELS USED BUT REFOLDED NASTY!!!!!

房间糟透了。浴室脏得要命,天花板上全是黑霉。熨斗坏了,地毯也脏兮兮的。钥匙打不开门,但工作人员/经理非但没有帮我,反而给了我一叠钥匙,让我自己摸索,当时气温低于冰点。
上面说他们提供早餐,但这是谎言,床上有跳蚤,房子很脏,有难闻的气味,应该清理一下
