Park needs an upgrade. It's is very large and has spacious sites under a canopy of trees to the rear of the park. Other areas were very dry and dusty, Clearly the whole region is in drought, but surely some effort can be made to make the park more appealing and tidy. Some amenities are dated, open to the weather. More modern amenities had leaking and mouldy showers. Laundry near our site had a layer of dust over the benches, windows that hadn't been cleaned for some time and 5 out of 6 washing machines not working. Clearly NRMA needs to spend some of their million dollar profits on maintaining their assets.

What a gem! Ashleigh greeted us with such a warm smile and awesome tips on what to see and do around town. The park grounds are absolutely gorgeous — leafy, peaceful, and with a lovely creek running right through it (the perfect chill-out spot!). The amenities are clean and we particularly appreciate the heated bathrooms! We loved that campfires are allowed — nothing beats sitting around the fire under the stars, soaking up that mountain magic. Bright itself is just brilliant — great cafés, many breweries, stunning scenery, and loads to explore. Highly recommend this park if you’re heading this way… we’ll definitely be back!

We were running late to check in, thankfully not a problem at all for the property manager. Communication was excellent and our Cabin heating was on when we finally arrived. Extremely thoughtful & appreciated on such a freezing cold winters night

Care factor zero, nice park however they double booked our site and seemed to care less, we had booked 3 months in advance, we were then stuck on a tiny site at the back of the park next to the smelly bins with no where to park our car , we had previously provided and they had confirmed the measurements of the van, there were many sites that seemed adequate but the staff were unhelpful

Stayed ensuite site 327. Avoid at ll costs unless you like acorns dropping on your van all night and day. A site that is truly not worth paying $1. Not level, difficult to get into, amenities for plugging in distant and wrong side of van. A total waste of money when there are many caravan parks in the area that are better. Won't be returning to this park again.
