Very poorly managed property, with torn bedsheets, stinking rooms, poorly cleaned toilets, not even basic amenities like toiletries. Room was infested with termite and which appeared to have been treated just before the arrival. No choices in food, no buffet even in the dinner, kitchen stopping operations at 10:00PM. I had to to survive on food placed in the room at 10:00PM for dinner was included in the room price. Breakfast has no variety and even the basic offerings like fresh fruits were not served. Overall, this property is a blot on the face of IHCL with excellent properties used by me on multiple occasions in the past. I suggest removing this property from the listed ones on MMT alas MMT may face a difficult situation very soon. I have encountered another guest fighting with the front office for a full refund for all the above reasons. in fact, I also expect a full refund for such a poor experience.

Property is not at all 3 star. Rooms were untidy, door locks are not proper. Bathroom is stinking. Mug n buckets are very dirty. Food quality is very bad. Not at all satisfactory

The bedsheets were not clean. The room has an ac but no heater. With temperatures going in minus a heater in hotel is must.

I wanted to try Ginger from long time but this was my worst experience. You can name it Guest House not Hotel. Ginger is just destroying Tatas Name, I think they have to improve property or close this property. Tata means Trust. They are charging equal to three star hotel but property is equal to guest house. They are not even providing pick and drop service to the Yatra start point. They had arranged us cab and charged for pick and drop service. 99% of hotels in Katra are giving pick and drop service at no cost. I’ll not recommend anyone.
酒店还不错,住得挺舒服的。房间很宽敞,但唯一的缺点是洗手间比较老旧,水龙头还漏水。房间里的冰箱也坏了,家具的状况也挺差的。
清洁度:入住期间,底层10号房的洗手间一直有异味。尽管客房服务人员也曾进来用空气清新剂处理,但效果不佳。
设施:有待改进,熨斗和直饮水设施离房间太远了,使用起来很不方便。
服务:办理入住时没有工作人员/行李员提供帮助。
