The front desk Indian lady (with a red dot on her forehead) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She insulted several customers while I was sitting in the lobby waiting to be checked in.

Quality Suites Hobby
The facility is clean and well-kept, although spartan. The breakfast is minimal. Trivial though it may sound, I was surprised that there was no box of tissues. When I asked for a box, the clerk looked surprised and said there were none to give. Really? Inexpensive doesn't have to be cheap.

hidden in plain sight great deal by hobby airport
front desk was amazingly helpful and kind reguarding our bag...when they did not have to...amazingly clean space...we travel 6 months of the year...frankly this location is quite a deal...

We always stay here when we travel. The airport is right across the street. The rooms are clean but every single time we stay here the rooms stink. They need some kind of air freshener in the rooms. Even the lobby smelled horrible when we came in.

我不小心订了这家酒店两晚，以为它在休斯顿国际机场附近，结果发现它在霍比机场附近。发现错误后，我立即打电话给酒店说明了情况。前台告诉我，我可以退款，但经理当时不在，只有经理才能批准退款。
我之后又联系了酒店，甚至让*******帮我打电话。等了两天后，酒店突然改变主意，以“政策”为由拒绝退款。这简直太不诚实了。他们先是说可以退款，然后让我等了这么久，最后却出尔反尔。
这感觉就像诈骗，简直就是在偷顾客的钱。预订这家酒店一定要非常小心。如果他们在客人入住前都这样对待客人，我真不敢想象他们会怎么对待真正入住的客人。我强烈建议大家避开这家酒店。
价格非常实惠的好地方，选择这个地方是因为它靠近我们参加的活动。
