The managers wife was very friendly. She came and picked me up from the airport. The check in staff was very friendly. Property was nice clean and quiet.

The hotel staff and manager were very nice and accommodating. Location was great. Everything was up to date and i was transfered to airport.

Room large and spacious. Relatively clean. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner a little on the noisy side. Breakfast was available, but not much of a selection. Staff is very nice and helpful. VERY close to the airport. Not much within walking distance as far as food and shopping. We would stay here again.

The hotel offered an airport shuttle and the gentleman who answered the phone kept telling me the pickup was F like Frog 14. I asked so many people and no one knew what he was talking about. Turns out it was Zone 3 area 14 for hotel and motel pickup.
Then we finally got to the hotel and into the room which is incredibly large but it definitely smelled terrible. The air-conditioner rattled extremely loud. We needed to use the pullout mattress and there was no sheets on it i went to the front desk to ask for them and was told the sheets were in the closet. There was no bedding in the closet I informed the same gentleman that was telling me incorrectly where to catch the shuttle and he rolled his eyes because he had to pause his video game to go get them. He came back with a single blanket no sheets or pillows. My daughter was going to be a trooper and just lay on the mattress but there were nasty stains all over it. She just put the couch back together and slept on it that way. I gave her a couple pillows from the bed and we left as early as possible. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone the staff acts like you're an inconvenience I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.

Love the fact that the hotel is really close to the airport! The 100 dollar deposit was a bit of a shocker, but that comes with staying at a hotel.

It wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best. The people were really nice. Cool amenities, safe feeling parking. However there were stains on the “fresh new linen” the first night there. Dirt and candy wrappers in the pull out couch so I already knew that housekeeping doesn’t check to clean it. And stains all in the room floor being covered by the table. And for some reason the elevator smelled as if 10 people peed in it. I took the stairs the whole time after. And Unfortunately I had already booked for the week due to the raving views so I stayed, which I do find slightly misleading. And The rates are increasing as well, I ended up finding another hotel with the same modern amenities, cleaner, and better rates. Also, the length of time to receive my deposit back is longer than most hotels I’ve stayed at. But Housekeeping definitely was the complaint that I have overall.

Literally hotel staff banging on our door at 1am because the people who checked us in messed up the paperwork.
That's right. The flight cancellation that turned into a exhausting 14 hour layover which turned into us getting a room here was interrupted AT 1AM FOR A PAPERWORK SNAFU CAUSED BY THEM.
Which of course ruines any sleep your gonna get because we had to be awake at 6am for our early flight the next day.
Yes it's a convenient location and the room is cheap, but DO NOT VIOLATE the function for the existence of the business by waking up exhausted passengers in the middle of the night because YOU messed up.
