This is an absolutely gorgeous location! If you're looking for a calm and peaceful stay, this is the place to be. The river view from the room is breathtaking. The rooms are very well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Had a pleasant and peaceful stay with family. Restaurant food quality and taste are excellent. Reception team (Mr. Abhishek) guided well during the stay as well as for the local sight seeing essentials. Much appreciated and keep growing Ibex Team. Excellent report with 110 acres of lash greenery and 5000 coconut trees and a river side. Wonderful mornings and sunset. Campfire on Sundays, magic shows and bullock cart ride. Aqua serves good vegetarian food with a good breakfast options as well. Lathif at reception, Kumaresan at Aqua and entire staff friendly. Aqua restuarant prepared all days of my stay complimentary baby food -excellent dal khichdi.

The location of property is river accessible. It was very clean and the maintenance was very good. Since I travelled with my kid. I was concerning about food but the food was very good. I would recommend this property to the community. The reception person sudharshan was very friendly.

Good and peaceful location, rooms are spacious and some rooms were open towards the river view. The Restaurant served good food and the people / service were great. Never tried room service as the restaurant was close by. Couple of sour points - each small sized pulkha was Rs.70, suggest you check the price before ordering, while other dishes were reasonably priced. - We broke a wooden hanger and owned up to this before check out and we were charged Rs. 300 + taxes (I could have bought 6 new ones with that rate) Other than the above cribs, enjoyed the stay and food.

We were really looking forward to our stay at Ibex Pollachi, but honestly, it didn’t live up to the expectations. The place is in a stunning location, but the service felt a bit all over the place, we had to keep reminding the staff for simple things. The food took forever to arrive and didn’t really stand out. Overall, it felt like a missed opportunity. Hoping they sort out the basics, because the property itself has so much potential.

My stay at Ibex River Resort was almost perfect! The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with well-kept gardens and excellent lighting that adds to the charm of the property. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, offering a very relaxing atmosphere. The food, though slightly time-consuming to serve, was worth the wait since everything was cooked fresh. The breakfast spread was decent, and every item tasted good. A special mention to Rekha and Santhi from housekeeping, who did a fantastic job ensuring the rooms were in perfect condition. Both check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing two water bottles and chips during my checkout. Unfortunately, I couldn't explore much around the resort due to the long travel time to get there and it was just 2 night stay, but I sincerely hope I find time to visit this serene place again soon.
