One night stay . Booking in was easy and staff very friendly. Ensuite was clean and water pressure was good. Nice location with beach over the road.

Good, clean quiet accommodation. Nice staff It would be really great in Summer with a family because there is a good playground, a heated pool and it is located across the road from Sunrise Point which is a reasonable beach. For the adults, in summer there is a bar and restaurant. We missed out on that but there are many restaurants close by.

Fabulous! Location was quite, perfect after a day & night of dancing at Crank it Up Batemans Bay. Spacious Bunkhouse Accommodation, all amenities. Beach access across the road. Very Affordable. Secure entry into park. Stay there, it's a must do.

Booked a superior cabin at a premium price. Cabin was supposed to have a queen bed, 2 x tvs, hairdryer. The cabin we were assigned only had a double bed, no hairdryer, 1/2 a tv ( only half cause 1 channel only worked half the time, and some buttons on remote didn’t work so couldn’t use it). The cabin was very old, and very dirty. After a swim on day 1 after washing swimmers I dripped water on lounge floor. Used bathmat to wipe up the water and the mat ended up black. The lounge was disgustingly dirty, there were lots of cockroaches too. Each morning we had to sweep up the poo, and you could here them scurrying in the walls at night. The wifi password didn’t work either. The sheets had stains on them. The tea towel was useless as it left fluff all over plates. The cutlery was disgustingly dirty as well as the cutlery drawer. On top of that we couldn’t use the balcony much as neighbours smoked constantly from dawn till dusk. Would not recommend this place at all. If our cabin was superior, I’d hate to see a basic cabin.

The accomodation was perfect for our family. Well kept, clean and tidy. Staff were very good to deal with and very helpful. Location was close to everything. Kids loved the mini golf and the scooters

We booked and paid in full for an ensuit site for our 23 ft Jayco caravan and arrived with a broken annex which was to be repaired or replaced after Easter so myself and our son needed extra accommodation to stay out of the wet weather. A one bedroom unit was on offer, Double bed & 3 bunks, yes I agreed to paying $780 for 4 nights. Older type unit but with one big drawback—- NO HOT SHOWERS. Night one , two , three the shower would start off hot then reduce to warm and eventually COLD. I reported it to reception and was told the hot water service will be checked and apparently it was not. When I reported it the first time, I received no sympathetic response only to be told why didn’t you tell me yesterday? When I was leaving and talking to a different woman at reception, I said I had to use the ensuite shower at the caravan site and surely I qualify for a partial refund for the unit.. NOT THE ANSWER I WAS HEARING. Also security is non existent in the whole park. We discovered before we left that one of our 4 hub caps on our Jayco caravan has been removed and now we have only 3 and it can’t be replaced as they are no longer made or available. Quick 4 day stay ended up costing $500+ for site $780 for unit with no HOT WATER. Never going back there!!!!

地理位置优越。接待处的女士非常友好和乐于助人。我们在对面的海湾看到了海豚，并绕着岩石漫步到另一个僻静的海滩。设施陈旧，但干净且比附近任何地方都便宜得多。
第一次长途旅行。办理入住手续非常简单，经过长途驾驶后感觉很好，小屋设备齐全、干净，该区域维护得很好。如果我们回到巴特曼斯湾，我们会毫不犹豫地再次住在那里。我的妻子真的只有一处抱怨，那就是浴室里的挂钩太高了，她够不着。唯一的缺点是不知道该地区有哪些吃饭的地方，但我不能让游客对此负责。
我们在这家公司经历了一次糟糕的经历。他们前一天取消了我们的钓鱼包机，当我们要求退款以便我们可以预订替代包机时，我们被告知没有。接待员非常粗鲁，当我要求与业主交谈时，她断然说不，你不能。我对缺乏专业精神感到震惊，我敦促任何想要与这些人一起预订包机的人重新考虑，因为他们在最后一刻取消了并且不退还您的钱。
