We reserved a king suite on ******* . We ended up in a handicap suite for some reason. The shower water goes all over the bathroom which is little annoying .Suggest a long drain by the shower vs a circle drain by the toilet .

位于高处的景色优美的地方。员工很友好，早餐也足够丰盛。将来我一定会再住这里。
抵达当天，我多次致电酒店告知我会晚些入住，但始终无人接听。晚上11点半左右到达时，前台空无一人，大门紧闭，我不得不等了大约30分钟才有人过来。
进入房间后，我发现浴室天花板上有霉菌，通风口和淋浴喷头都很脏。浴缸的漆面已经脱落，床单也脏兮兮的，而不是干净洁白的。
总而言之，这次入住体验非常令人失望。
我们的房间早就过了入住期限。房间正对着空调机组，噪音大到影响睡眠，而且空调机组明显没有更新。马桶也过时了，高度太低，存在安全隐患。我对这个房间非常失望。我怀疑*******是不是专门卖这种破旧不堪的房间。
千万不要通过*******预订房间，价格虚高。杰里米非常热情，提供了餐饮信息，而且乐于助人。套房里没有餐盘和餐具。早餐经理非常友善，每天早上都热情地迎接客人。
房间里有臭虫。当时是晚上11点半，我们别无选择，只能换房间。第二天，Travelocity就全额退款了，他们处理得既迅速又周到。酒店经理态度粗鲁，很不专业；夜班经理尽力帮我们安排了另一个房间。感谢Travelocity信守承诺！

我们住了四晚，客房服务一直没打扫房间，我们不得不自己去找人要毛巾，而且还被收取了77.76美元的停车费，但我们根本没在那里停车。我打了好几次电话，跟托马斯说了，他说他会处理，我还给经理留了言，但至今没有收到回复。
