Never use ******* booking a room due to price gouging. Jeremy was excellent providing dining information and extremely helpful. No plates or flatware in the suites. Breakfast manager was gracious and happy to meet you each morning.

Great stay - entrance is on Lady St!
Fabulous location. Be aware that entrance is on Lady St - not Gervais St. Spacious rooms are very quiet.

Clean room, breakfast was great, chrome cast on the tv in the room didn’t work- Netflix, YouTube, max streaming etc.

Stayed for a concert, loved the fact it was walking distance to the colonial center and in the middle of downtown. Customer service was welcoming and friendly as well!

It was clean and the rooms were good, however one elevator was broken the entire weekend so the wait for the one that wasn’t was very long.
