The staff greeted well.
Unfortunately the room was infested with unwanted guests like Roaches. I sent a text asking if there are any room without roaches where I can accommodate my wife and kids. I am extremely disappointed with no response from the front desk. I would not recommend this site if you are planning to visit with little kids.

A pest issue of any kind is completely against our standards, and we understand how concerning this is—especially when traveling with young children. we provided you with the option to change the room , we do have regular pest control services though not sure how did this happen.Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent attention, and we are taking corrective steps to prevent this from reoccurring. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused during your stay.

这家酒店位置很好，就在州际公路旁边，交通便利。房间方面，基本符合经济型酒店的预期，但急需翻新升级。我们房间的墙上有一个大洞，很多地方（外观方面）都需要维修。床铺干净舒适，但枕头太大了，睡着不舒服，我只好用毛巾当枕头。另外，外面有一辆车声音很大（听起来像发电机），一直响到半夜。虽然这不是酒店的错，但也反映了住客的类型。我们入住的时候，停车场车辆不多。附近还有另外三家酒店（Wyngate、Comfort Inn，还有一家我记不清名字了）。
位于弗吉尼亚州韦恩斯伯勒的戴斯酒店是我的第二个家……也希望它能成为你的第二个家。
房间很脏，还有虫子。墙壁上有污渍，就连灯罩都破损且沾满了污渍。房间里弥漫着一股陈旧的霉味和烟味，我挂起来的衣服也沾上了这种味道。我本来想离开，但附近其他酒店都客满了。
房间里有两把软垫椅子，简直像是从当地垃圾填埋场捡来的——满是污渍——太恶心了！！我根本没靠近那两把椅子！让你们或者温德姆品牌与这家酒店扯上关系，真是丢人现眼！
地理位置优越，交通便利。房间装修简陋，就是个遮风挡雨的地方。我住这里是因为夏洛茨维尔的大学橄榄球赛期间所有房间都订满了。而且价格涨得离谱。
房间还可以，干净。房间里没有咖啡机。
外面的招牌坏了，我一开始还不确定是不是戴斯酒店，直到我停下来往里看才发现。
你们对酒店早餐的描述不准确。网上展示的用餐/早餐区照片也完全不属实。这显然是虚假宣传。
