Had to book quick so didn't do my research. Room was clean but smelled strongly of cigarettes. No room service between nights. Other guests are a bit sketchy, and many smoke right on the balcony outside of the rooms so it smells. NOT for families. Hidden out of the way, area is pretty rough with a lot of shuttered buildings.

I booked the room ahead of arrival. I selected a king size bed and when i arrived the clerk informed me that she was saving the king size rooms for people with pet's. And put me in a handicap room. With 2 double beds. And did not offer a discounted rate. I wont be staying thete again.

The staff was amazing. Very polite and friendly also, helpful. The only bad thing I can say is the spiders outside......alot of spiders!! Other than that my stay was great!

Why do you share fake comments on *******? I trust the genuine comments and ratings that I normally do and would not regret it. This is a terrible place, difficult to find, not clean, and so on. I understand that it is a cheap place, but not like this. One hundred dollars is not a bad price for another hotel, but this one charged me excessively and was terrible.

The decor was not as nice and the outside area was very unkept, needs some work and maintenance on facility - when we checked the room: it was dark, dirty, the sheets had stains on them; bathroom was stingy and dark as well, very small, with a small vanity, not suitable for a family of 3 or 4 people

这和照片上完全不一样！看起来特别吓人，我们一开始都不敢下车。外面破破烂烂的。房间要从院子里进去。房间比照片上小很多，而且有股难闻的味道。我们离开了，去了街对面的酒店开了个房间。我尝试申请退款，但酒店说我得找Trip.com。Trip.com告诉我他们已经把钱付给酒店了，我得找酒店退款。我以后再也不会通过Trip.com预订了。
前台工作人员很不专业。她竟然抱怨我们打扰了她抽烟休息，还说闻起来像**味，真是太无礼了。
