Parking was well lit. Nice to have fridge and microwave. Could use "Kleenex". Staff VERY noisy doing something about 9-10 am right outside rooms by pool moving chairs and talking loudly to each other. Be aware pool closed for season. Nice they let pets stay. Would recommend.

Check in was through a window, even though it was early evening. There was a $5 cash deposit for your key card. The ac worked good, that was a positive. As a solo traveler Its ok, not a place I’d bring my family.

This is the person that paid for the room not the person that actually stayed there. They were doing some work done to her sister's house where she stayed and she needed a place to stay until they completed that work . The area appeared to be safe. Since there was no kitchenette in her room. She could walk and there were two places where she could get coffee and something to drink.

The staff at the hotel aren’t current with the hotel industry. Was told we couldn’t get the room due 3rd party. It makes no sense.

I traveled from Vegas to Stockton for a one night stay and was told I had the only room left and the TV wouldn’t work. Obviously unhappy about this, receptionist magically found another with a working TV. Only problem was the AC did not work. I spent the night in a hot and humid room completely uncomfortable. When I went to shower in the morning, I noticed old bars of soap at the edge of the shower and was completely grossed out. I wanted to leave my bag at the front desk for an hour, because I had an appointment to go to and was told no. As someone who has worked as a guest service representative for many years at a hotel in the past, I was just completely baffled at the lack of “customer service.”

This motel 6 is sort of on the edge of not the greatest neighborhood. That said, security is excellent. I never felt threatened, but did lock my car even during the multiple trips to unload it.

The pool was closed. Room was okay. Motel 6 tried to charge us a cleaning deposit. This was after I wiped down all surfaces in hotel room. Fortunately we did not have to pay anything.
