I am writing to inform you about the poor service I experienced at this property . We requested salt and lemon at 10 PM, but were told that it was not possible as room service was closed......... This was quite inconvenient and disappointing.

Hii, Nice front disk office, good atmosphere, nice room, good ambiance, * morning brakfast was very satisfied *night dinner buffet can add some live foods like naan, roti and egg items *good sit out place * nice mountain view from the hotel balcony.

Great place to stay , with courteous staff and lip smacking food. Me and my family felt really at home ! The time we were in the hotel, we really had an relaxing time and were treated really well. The staff was really approachable and helpful. The only drawback of this property is the distance from Mall Road

The hotel location is superb, away from city noise. The place is quite and calm tucked in the mountains. One can see clouds on hills. Rooms, services and staff is too good. I'm regularly going Shimla to stay at the same hotel. Highly recommend.
