Stayed near 2 weeks at this Holiday Park during January 2026. An absolute great resort park, one of the best, an awesome pool, also right on a patrolled beach, modern and clean amenities & a 1-2 minute walk to a great golf course, it has the lot. The manager and staff at Reflections Hawks Nest were excellent, friendly, accommodating & professional. The manager and staff worked to the highest standard to make sure holiday stayers had a great time. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying at Reflections Hawks Nest, this resort Park offers the best holiday ever, a strong 5 star review.

Helpful friendly staff. Overnight stay only so we didn’t use any facilities, but the basic cabin was fine with comfy beds

The Cabin was lovely and clean the towels were so fluffy, they even have beach towels for you to use around the pool. The pool was lovely and warm , Didn't want to get out.

Nice amenenties, nice staff but sadly it’s where the positives end. The sites are very small, not good for bigger caravans. It’s supposedly a secure park, we were there 8 nights, the boom gates were open the whole time, there are codes for everything the gates on the sides of the park are never closed you have riff raff coming through all hours of the night. The pool has rules it’s no use kids are bombing one another, balls coming at you from all directions, very unpleasant.. We have been to a lot of caravan parks and it’s the worst so far

10/10 for the reception staff, kind friendly and helpful. Cabin and park in general was clean and well kept, had everything we needed. Pub, cafe, IGA and takeaway all within walking distance.

Excellent park, great amenities but our site wasn’t the best. Great position - short walks to the surf beach, pub and shops.

The Villa didn't really cater for 4 adults and were quite small the internet didn't work and the TV's didn't work and when we reported this to staff they didn't care and were no help.

在办理入住手续时，一名工作人员尼兰/米谎称她可以在屏幕上清楚地看到什么，并告诉我们我们只预订了一个草地场地。我问了两次，并说我确定我们预订了一块平板，这就是为什么我们没有带任何附楼地板。她对我的这两个检查请求撒了谎，并说“不，这是草。” “ 因为我们要住 10 天，所以我让她检查是否有可用的楼板，她说“没有”。我们开了 6 个小时的车，所以我们就去安顿下来。那天晚上晚些时候，我查看了我的电子邮件，发现了一封明确写着“slab site”的电子邮件。我回去与办公室的那位女士交谈，她说在屏幕上她可以清楚地看到 -SLAB 网站！？！？我问尼兰/我为什么这么做，她回答说“她就是那样的！”我不明白为什么员工会这样做，除了让顾客感到不安和烦恼。第二位工作人员还说有可用的平板场地并为我们提供了一个，但当然我们现在已经准备好了，我丈夫不想搬家！我要求与经理交谈。并被告知克里，经理今天回家了。我要求工作人员告诉她我已经打电话过来询问此事，并询问“克里可以给我打电话吗？”这从未发生过！考虑到这种情况的处理方式，办公室工作人员完全无法运作。我们在澳大利亚露营和旅行已有 18 年多了，以前从未发生过这种情况！不用说我们不会再回到这个公园了！
