Good food and excellent service...reasturent staff was very helpful....thanks to Chef Abraham,miss Aditi,Mr Arvind..room was okk..we will come next time only food and their service...

I had a wonderful experience staying at Temple tree for 10 days, and I would especially like to appreciate the hotel restaurant staff. From day one, they made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and professional service. The team lead by Mr. Arvind ***** with colleagues Aditi, Sunami & Akshay was consistently attentive, courteous, and always ready to help. They remembered my preferences, ensured timely service, and maintained excellent hygiene standards throughout. The food was delicious every single day, and the presentation was equally impressive. What truly stood out was their positive attitude and dedication — even during busy hours, they remained calm, efficient, and friendly. Their hospitality made my long stay feel comfortable and homely. Thank you to the entire Temple tree restaurant team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. Keep up the fantastic work! 🌟

Had a very pleasant stay. Nice & safe stay for family. Excellent buffet specially dinner buffet & high tea. great Hospitality. All the staff members are friendly & greet with smile. Overall had a great experience. Thankyou!

Excellent service by Staff - Aditi, Sunami, Akshay, Guru and Arvind. Very welcoming and professional staff. Rooms are good and even food quality is top notch. We always stay in Temple Tree, whenever we visit Shirdi.

We stayed for a night and the hotel was much above our expectations. Right from the check-in wherein early check in was provided for a room, the size of room, hygiene, cleanliness, the staff hospitality was excellent. A very good B/F spread backed by excellent services- special mention of Sunami, Aditi , Arvind who were always ready to serve with a smile. Many thanks for the same. The food is of exceptional taste and the Dinner buffet is a Value for Money with great taste The hotel provides complementary drop and pik up to/from temple which is a very big help. An advise: The shop near the ‘Drop’ tries to sell you many things BUT REMEMBER only flowers allowed inside temple and’CHADAR’ not allowed by security inside temple so please avoid buying

这家酒店真是让人大失所望。尽管我之前看过很多点评和评分，但实际入住体验却完全相反。
首先，办理入住时，前台工作人员对流程很不熟悉，而且在没有提供任何解释的情况下就复印了我们的护照。我们都知道护照信息是私密的，于是我向她询问原因，她只说这是为了存档，并且在我解释说护照上包含了所有必要信息后，她仍不断询问OIC（Officer In Charge）。
接着，她告诉我我的预订不含早餐，需要额外付费，但我的订单上明明写着含早餐。她坚持说酒店所有房间都不含早餐，直到我拿出预订信息给她看，她才去找另一位同事核实并最终确认。整个入住过程漫长又糟糕。
第二次失望发生在我入住房间之后。房间非常老旧、脏乱，地板积灰又脏，卫生间里满是霉菌，看起来很邋遢。毛巾也很脏。客房清洁服务也很迟。酒店里弥漫着一股难闻的气味。更糟糕的是，床上有臭虫，导致我的孩子被咬了好几口。
早餐选择有限，也没有及时补充。食物味道也不怎么样。前往舍里迪寺庙的接送服务也不准时，他们说等10分钟，结果往往要等20分钟，如果人多，我们还得等下一趟车，那等待时间就翻倍了。
总而言之，我对这家酒店的体验简直是一场灾难。酒店的评分和点评完全站不住脚。我绝不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。我的家人去过舍里迪很多次了，根据他们的评价，舍里迪寺庙附近的酒店比这家好多了。
附近餐馆不多，所以我们经常在酒店吃晚饭。
酒店员工都很友善。
门肯定很薄，因为走廊里的谈话声听得很清楚。
酒店氛围极佳，宁静、环保。清洁度达到标准。所有员工都非常乐于助人。班车服务非常脚踏实地有礼貌而且很贴心。客房服务非常及时和整洁。祝愿 2024 年新年快乐。餐厅工作人员非常热情友好，尤其是阿迪蒂 (Aditi) 面带微笑地跑来跑去帮助顾客。我会推荐任何正在寻找好酒店的人来Shiradi。 T.S.巴兰512室
