We loved every minute of our 4-night stay at the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant and afforded us a wide variety to choose from. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly and tended to all our needs! Our stay coincided with that of learners and teachers from various schools, which led to the noise levels in the evenings and late at night. The hotel needs to do better in addressing noise levels in the future and ensuring that the tranquility of the hotel is not compromised at night. There needs to be stricter controls with regard to their non-smoking policy inside the hotel rooms. We lost count of the number of times we had to complain as well as contend with secondary cigarette smoking, which is quite dangerous for non-smokers!

On my arrival I did not expect much from the Town Lodge ,however, I was pleasantly surprised. I was booked into this hotel on short notice due to a last minute business trip. My impression of Town lodges are not great due to their star rating online,however, my very first experience at the PE town lodge was quite surprising. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they have a porter service to help with your bags!!! In the mornings that hostess knew that I had to rush to the office and personally saw to my eggs order every morning, she would voluntarily assist me with getting the breakfast items that I needed so that I could get to the office as soon as possible - what a great help it was! Overall I had no issues with the service or the amenities. The shower was pretty impressive with its high water pressure and the room offered me everything I needed. Maybe my experience was that much more pleasant because people who live in PE are ever so friendly, maybe it was the close proximity to the sea which influenced my stay positively. We will never know, but what I do know is that you don't need to stay at a 5 star hotel in PE to obtain pleasant service. Well done!

我在这家酒店住了一晚，位置很好，就在众多海滩之一的前面。我的房间很大，设备齐全。整个团队都充满笑容。除了酒店餐厅外，距离这里不到 15 分钟路程的地方还有其他选择。该酒店距离机场很近。

我们只在伊丽莎白港停留了一晚，然后从那里飞往约翰内斯堡。酒店好像有点旧了。房间相当小，早餐没什么特别的（所有东西都安排得有点混乱——奶酪就在糖果和黄油旁边）。住一晚还行——晚上附近没什么可出去的。酒店的晚餐还可以。
酒店位置优越，位于海边，设有露台。附近有购物中心。海景房，干净，够大，床品舒服。一张桌子。设备齐全的浴室。不错的餐厅。全景房间的早餐非常好。
