Old property with poor maintenance, cleanliness is poor. Overall cleanliness was poor. The carpets in the corridor were very old. The elevator were old, small and not well maintained. The bathroom was leaking water, complained to the reception but they did take action.
房间太暗了，空调有股难闻的味道（像湿油漆味）。我只有把空调关了才能睡着。灯光也很昏暗，浴室又旧又潮湿。酒店外面的区域也有灰尘。很失望。
酒店前台需要更多的培训，并被授予更大的权限来处理顾客事务。
他当时没法帮我打印收据，说需要请示经理，结果第二天经理才批准！
另外，他们也查不到我在Trip.com上的预订信息。
