Very poor service with unprofessional staffs. Even for high rise floors, you may have to access thru stairs as their lift is not functional most of the times. No accountability for the payments and house keeping.

I booked a 9-night stay, but the first night has been a nightmare. The mattress is in terrible condition, causing severe discomfort. Despite checking multiple rooms, all mattresses were equally bad or worse. The reception staff couldn't help and refused to provide the manager's contact until morning. The bed is broken and fixed on a stone, and the bedsheet and cover are torn. Cockroaches in the room, a rusted sink, unclean plastic drinking glasses, and a rusted hot kettle made the experience unbearable. Very disappointed and can't sleep. Avoid this place!
