There was some staining in shower corner grout. The room was as very comfy and clean otherwise. We loved the breakfast until 10 AM and noon checkout!

No doughnuts or pastry in morning on both days. No nightstand on my side of bed. Placed my phone on floor to charge. Only one low budget office chair in room. Room was clearly lacking. I expected better for the price.

We made a last minute stop on a road trip and were pleasantly surprised with all things Tru. Great room, workout area, breakfast, parking etc. Thank you A+

So apparently the room was clean, but when I went to sleep the pillowcase smelled of sweat. It looks like it hasn't been changed . And this morning a lot of noise from housekeeper.

My room faced the highway and the noise from all the trucks made it very hard to sleep. Even though the staff and service were great I would not stay here again nor would I recommend staying here

We have stayed here before and only issue this time was tub had no stopper for bath but staff went to store and bought one. The room in the second floor that we stayed in June still has broken blind and since only a couple accessible rooms with tub our only other choice was first floor which was a bit noisy but not too bad.

Stayed here twice in two weeks. Excellent service and clean rooms. Breakfast is good as well.

The property & staff was great but I specifically reserved & then verified with the staff when I checked in that our room & especially the shower was handicap accessible. The shower did have a grab bar but that’s it. The shower door was hard to maneuver & shower accessories were out of reach from a shower seat.

Needs landscaping around the hotel so it doesn’t look so bare. The rooms are very clean!! No more carpet in rooms which is great!! Beautiful floors. Would stay again.
