This morning, we experienced an issue with our system, and while inconvenient, we resolved the matter within 20 minutes by granting you access to the luggage room and to the apartment for you to charged your phone. We also made time to sit down with you in person at the concierge to clearly explain the situation. It's important to note that ensuring enough time for any unexpected issues before heading to personal commitments is something guests might want to consider.We also explained that refunds for missed tours, which are external services not provided by us, cannot be guaranteed. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered complimentary breakfast and late check-out, which you declined.Additionally, please note that your booking was non-refundable, as outlined during the booking process. 房间很棒，地理位置优越。就在普拉卡区，周边餐厅和商店林立，步行即可到达。酒店位于一条步行街上，所以需要提前做好心理准备，把行李拖到离出租车或公交车站一两个街区远的地方。地铁站离酒店大约半英里。我们住了两晚，发现酒店附近几个街区内有很多好玩的地方。前台没有工作人员，只能用手机开房。虽然比房卡慢一点，但还是可以的。我肯定会再次入住这里。
酒店距离机场地铁站仅几个街区，位于市中心，地理位置优越。雅典所有最美丽的景点都可以安全地步行到达。晚上，Psyri 区真的就在咫尺之遥，非常适合出去吃饭。

绝对不适合长期入住。这既不是正规的酒店，也不是公寓。
优点：位置优越。位于一条安静的街道上，地处中心。房间非常宽敞，设计精美。免费升级了房间。工作人员非常热情友好。
缺点：缺点很多……房间里的浴室散发出难闻的气味。如果你的房间靠近电梯，请做好听到每个人进出房间的准备。入住期间房间没有打扫，所以住了 6 晚后，房间就堆积了很多垃圾。因此，咖啡杯/酒杯也变得非常不卫生。房间只能通过手机进入，所以如果你的电池电量不足而外出，你必须返回酒店，这非常不切实际。酒店在我抵达前向我收取了一笔费用，这笔费用没有列在我的预订报价中，只有在我的旅行社介入后才收到退款。
