First room smelled heavily of deodorizer. Dustin, the clerk, offered us another room which was completely acceptible. The next morning I asked another clerk if I could work out in the fitness room an hour early. He didn't have to, but was more than happy to help.

Convenient location, right off the highway and close to the concert/Arena venue. Front desk staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the lounge area and breakfast was quite good.

Assigned a double queen room when a king was reserved. Floor had 2 sticky spots between the beds. Notified staff the next morning and were assigned ourking room which was clean. Bad 1st day, good 2nd day.
