The room was very warm the heat was on low but it still got overly hot in the room.
The swimming pool was freezing.

Cold showers. Talked with the staff about it on two different days. They were aware of the problem and said it was fixed after the first day, but it wasn't. After second day they offered a refund, but never followed through with it, and now wont respond to inquiry's.
