This hotel is a bit tired but is good value for the charge. The staff were very welcoming and the beds are very comfortable. The food is also very good value for the money.

Excellent service by the receptionist staff. Place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was disappointed with the few channels on the TV when relaxing in the room on an evening.

Clean room and extremely comfortable bed. Bath and sink plug surrounds needed replacing as worn and rusty. Internet connection poor, signal for TV intermittent.
Staff lovely and hardworking but not enough of them.

员工很可爱，浴室可以稍微翻新一下，浴室门外的天花板有点水渍损坏。
房间衞生一般，厕所纸疑因存放太久带黄色，看似比较唔系好洁净，电制插头位太少，得两个，唔系好足够，其他尚算可以。
地理位置优越，房间也很棒，餐厅也很不错！
我的荷包蛋是圣诞老人做的😆
抵达时，工作人员在酒店门外吸烟。
房间还行，有点陈旧，这是我预料到的。
房间可以俯瞰厨房、垃圾桶和电器。
去了酒吧。
一边排队等餐，所以去了前面的吧台，那里挤满了喝酒的人。等了10分钟，什么也没等到，于是我们去了后面的区域，被告知我们不能使用那个吧台，因为我们很忙，所以你只能加入用餐者的队列。我们只想喝一杯。
没费心。
早上的早餐
价格还可以，但是我问了一下，荷包蛋简直太硬了。
抱歉，我们真的很忙。是秘密圣诞老人做的。
我猜圣诞老人没做饭。
又是糟糕的借口。
房间在第一晚就整理好了。
但是我们入住时放在床底下的纸巾，三天后退房时还在。
说什么都没用，因为对方的回答总是“我们很忙”。
昨晚我去了同一家公司对面的格林国王酒吧喝了一杯。
一杯酒，没笑，不谢。
我们去睡觉了。
不愉快
礼貌无价
再也不用谢了。
糟糕的后遗症
尊敬的酒店管理层：
我写信是为了表达我对近期入住贵酒店的失望。很遗憾，这次体验远不尽如人意。
抵达后，我遇到的第一个房间的卫生间无法使用。第二个房间虽然可用，但也年久失修。扶手椅的面料破损，墙壁和天花板有潮湿或水渍的迹象。浴缸内的淋浴似乎安装不当。
由于这些问题，我无法向其他人推荐贵酒店。
