The motel room across from the main building where I thought we were going to be was not clean.Inside Doors and bathroom Walls were very visibly dirty.There was grime in the corners of the bathroom floors and when we went to get into bed the sheet was stained so badly we called to have them change the sheets. You can sleep in a barn if there’s clean hay in the manger, but no one wants to lay in the gutter.This establishment obviously doesn’t understand Canadian Hotel standards of cleanliness.

In the first room i booked, the tpilet kept running, di i opted for another smaller room. Had to cakk someone to get the tv running, then the coffee machine would not work in the morning. Later that day the fridge quit and defrosted while we were out. Staff reslly need to take care of such issues. No revate was given even though we went to a smaller room and the other issues faced.

Not able to bolt or chain the door for security, mold around the tub/shower, open fuse box, smelly carpwts, fuxtures ripped off the wall and not repaired, no maid service, no food available during breakfast hours, and very noisy, the beds were messy....too pricey for what we did get.

Dirty hallways and stairwells. Splatter on walls. No blind on window. Horrid bed making. Not sure when the bed was vacuumed under. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff were nice, however the room was not adequate. There were dark stains on the white shower curtain, and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Dark stains on moulding in bathroom and the tub had rust marks in it! The rest of the room appeared clean. We had an emergency and had to leave hotel a day early. They would not consider a refund or a partial refund. Not recommending this hotel.
