Had a not so good experience at Ginger RCR. Delay in room allotment with excuse of room not ready(at 1500 hrs), Server working too slow and rude behaviour by reception personnel. The room size is very clauster-phobic and our room was full of cigarette smoke with poor hygiene (No liquid soap in dispenser) and cleanliness. On a previous occasion at Ginger Bhubneshwar, Mangalore, had a very decent 'Value for Money' experience but this was one of the worst experience i had at a Ginger property I fail to understand why IHCL is tarnishing their image by having the Ginger chain as the basic SOPs are not adhered and the staff at ground level do not care. Limited Car parking available

I wanted to appreciate the honesty of your resturant waiter Mr.Sanir . Not knowingly I dropped a cash of Rs100 in the resturant from my track pant when I had breakfast. The next day when I went he promptly gave me back the money which I don't know till that time that I lost it. Appreciate the young boys honesty and Ginger hotel recruitment team.

Its been nice experience while staying here. Very nice food and staffs also very kind. And also Having GIM. Its good to have GIM inside the hotel for fitness while staying out side our home town.
