Room was in very poor condition, no blinds on the windows, towels small and thin, looked like some huge water stains on the ceiling and in the bathroom. Light fixtures were in poor condition. Floor looked dirty

The shower was very loud the room had a very sour smell to it. The breakfast was very limited. The hotel is old and needs improvements

Front desk warned me not to park at the far end of the hotel for risk of burglary. Bathroom was worn, dingy, towels were rough enough to use as sand paper. Flooring in the room was gapped and uneven collecting dirt and grime. Table surfaces were sticky and felt unclean. The curtains were cheap and could not blockout the intense light from the lights in the parking lot aka the crime deterrent!

I had requested a handicap accessible room but none was available. One of the light bulbs was blown. There was no remote control for the TV. I had to go to the front desk several times to resolve this issue. The remote did not work Friday night. The power turned on and you could only adjust the volume, higher.
Saturday morning I went to see what was on the menu for the continental breakfast. The only things that were offered was waffles, cold cereal, and bananas.
I returned to the front desk regarding the remote control and was given one that worked. Unfortunately, the closed captions were on and I couldn’t remove it. The manager had to come in a reprogram the remote to remove it.
The beds were comfortable and the location was idea.

Breakfast badly needs an upgrade--all that was available was cereal and waffles (with no butter!). Add yogurt with fruit, pastries, bananas, hard-boiled eggs.

First the rooms were not cleaned well at all . The linen was stained and old . Shower barely sprayed out water due to being clogged. Towel were hard and old . The breakfast was non existent . Coffee waffle and a banana . Lobby was a construction staging area . I have stayed here before . It has plummeted in quality .
