The comfort and cleanliness of the room was excellent. The breakfast options were great! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in this area. Oh the staff was wonderful as well!

They charged me again when I checked in. And they didnt even put in my proper information in their system, nor provide a receipt. I had to go back to the front desk to inquire and they refunded. Need better training.

Only 1 luggage cart in the entire hotel. I know multiple carts can be purchased. Breakfast was bland and not a good variety of items. Other than that the stay was pretty good.

I get that it’s a friendly establishment, which is great for people who have pets, but unfortunately, I had two different rooms and they both smelled like pets have stayed there as well. Not sure if it was urine in the carpets or what but definitely nauseating. After the second room, I just had to stick it out through my reservation.
