I get that it’s a friendly establishment, which is great for people who have pets, but unfortunately, I had two different rooms and they both smelled like pets have stayed there as well. Not sure if it was urine in the carpets or what but definitely nauseating. After the second room, I just had to stick it out through my reservation.

Very clean and pleasant. Room was very spacious and all of the amenities (pool, gym) were in excellent shape. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options to choose from. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms needs cleanings, treat Roaches, needs upgrade of beds and chairs. Dishwasher smelling from stagnant water and leaking from top sink

The room bathroom door needed to be fixed and there was no way to lock it. The desk chair was very dirty. The chair should have been thrown out.
