酒店回复: We are sorry about the damaged night stand, but it is a significant size chip off of the top of the table. That room you were in, had just been cleaned from previous guests that morning, and housekeeping would have certainly noticed it while cleaning before you checked in. The damage was reported the morning you checked out. If it had been a small chip in an area that was hidden, we most likely would not have charged for it at all. but this chip is on the very top of the table and very visable to guests who will stay in that room. The table will have to be replaced and the $100 that was charged, will not cover that.

I will address the room issues with maintenence and look into the issue about the breakfast. Letting desk staff know about any issues or concerns you have while staying is definitely helpful and appreciated.

这是我住过同等价位酒店中最差的一次。房间陈旧，卫生状况很差。地上发现好几只在爬行的虫子，最后还在干净的浴巾上发现了一个虫子的尸体。
厕所地板上有头发，清洁度不太好。床垫太软了，睡着不舒服。

我不推荐这家酒店。我经常去黎巴嫩，不得不住在这里，以后不会再来了。酒店整体很脏，感觉维护得不太好。我住的第一个房间马桶冲不出来，把手好像被胶带粘在了侧面；第二个房间在四楼，我一踏上地板就闻到一股烟味。两张床的被子上都有污渍，地板看起来好像从来没洗过，浴缸里还有头发。总之，我绝对不会住这里。
住宿本身还不错。我们只是在那里短暂地过了一夜。想象一下，当我们因为家具上的一个小缺口而被收取100美元的损坏费时，我们有多惊讶！家具不可能被损坏，而且修理一个小缺口也不会花100美元！经理对此事非常粗鲁。
勉强凑合一下，没什么可夸耀的。
房间很小。浴室门关不上。我们喜欢凉爽的卧室，但温度一直保持在72华氏度（约27摄氏度），所以我们不得不打开没有纱窗的窗户。只有一把椅子，是办公椅，而且坏了。早餐很糟糕。选择不多，而且几乎没有什么食物，几乎没法吃。

房间新装修，非常干净。床也很干净。床垫没有我喜欢的那么硬，但感觉不像家的感觉。这没什么不好，只是只住了一晚。早餐一般。位置离主干道有点远。看起来他们正在全力装修。
