The room was clean. The person at the front desk is not the friendliest and doesn’t dress professional. The AC in the room is very old.

Courteous staff. Ok for cleanliness. Breakfast was lacking both days. Everything empty by 8 am first day. Went earlier 2 nd day. No beverages were ever put out besides coffee. Unimpressed.

Room was spacious and beautiful. Very clean also. The only thing i didn’t like were the super soft pillows. And the breakfast was subpar. Nonetheless, I would definitely book again!!

Itchy all night, but did spot bedbugs, possibly lice or dust mites. Or a friend mentioned it could have been the detergent that the bedding was washed with

Shopping was great. But the breakfast wasn’t that good. Clean rooms and staff was great. So my stay good except for breakfast.

Appears to be needing some updating. Our floor in our room is actually 2 different laminates (half & half). I think they've updated some of the lights & tried to add more outlets (that's always a good thing!). But the one wall light was blinding (probably LED?). I tend to travel w/ my pillow & I'm glad I do as the bed pillows were very odd for bed pillows! There's a gap in the wall around the tissue box in the bathroom. Nice, updated faucets, but couldn't get cold water (room temp was the best I could get). Room is spacious & has a larger "dorm fridge" & a little microwave. When I signed in, worker hardly said anything to me. Didn't tell me about wifi or when breakfast would be served or anything really. As soon as I signed my receipt, he ran back to the back again. Oh, no elevator is an annoyance for us as we have joint issues & I didn't realize this!

It was hard to find. Property not well lighted. Did not feel secure and safe. Door locks definitely didn't want you in the building.
