公寓基本没有服务。这个倒是符合预期。关键是入住当天飞机晚上8点到的。酒店下午五点就没有服务人员了,没法办理入住。酒店大堂因为没有钥匙无法进入。后来是其它客人下楼,才进入大堂。然后是因为其它客人错拿了我们的房卡,我们才有了房卡,不然当晚就露宿街头了。五点后到达的外国客人都收到酒店通知,告知五点后到达如何在门外的信箱取钥匙。并且有密码。我没有收到这方面的信息。应该是携程这方面没有协调好。希望携程以后订国外的公寓酒店要注意协调。并且酒店的应急电话也没人接听。
第二次旅行,真可惜。照片里的景色跟我们的体验不太一样,因为我们看到的是停车场,可以听到车辆和隔壁俱乐部的噪音。对我们六岁的孩子来说不太好。我们还会再来这个地区,但会预订其他地方。

即使门窗紧闭,也吵得要命!离酒吧不远,酒吧周四晚上全天营业,所以整天都能听到酒吧的喧闹声、音乐声,还有街上醉汉打架的声音等等。所有房间的床都有弹簧,会勒到后背。住起来很不舒服。除此之外,公寓里其他设施一应俱全,足以满足你长期住宿的需求。
请确保在办公室下午5点前到达。文件上写着下午6点。没有地图指引如何前往大楼后方,尤其是在天黑和下雨的时候。
两居室公寓宽敞,远处景色优美。隔壁有一家不错的餐厅。步行即可到达公园和河流。空调有点不稳定。
接待员很友好
这是我住过的最肮脏、最破旧的地方之一。从我下午 2:30 到达开始,由于接待处无人,所以无法进门。在有人愿意接听之前,我不得不拨打外面标志上的号码(自费)几次。然后我被引导到一个钥匙箱。显然我应该收到一封电子邮件来解释这一点,但我没有,而且我下午看到的其他两组也有同样的问题。当我到达房间时,正如您从照片中看到的那样,一切都很糟糕。地毯很脏,抽屉很脏,沙发看起来像是从垃圾场里拿出来的,我只能想象上面长着多少细菌。然后尝试打开电视,但没有成功。检查了遥控器电池,正如您从照片中看到的那样,显然已经很长时间没有工作了。接待处仍然没有人告知这个问题或房间缺乏清洁度。接待处也没有人办理退房手续,也没有指示将钥匙留在哪里。再次必须拨打无数次电话才有人接听。帮自己一个忙,留在别处

主浴室很脏,淋浴有异味,无法使用。床坏了,洗碗机里有脏盘子。凌晨 3 点,参加聚会的人从俱乐部散去,发出的噪音足以让我们几个小时无法入睡。
