酒店回复: Dear Sherwin,We always do our best to accommodate early check in requests and should have been able to offer at least one of your three rooms for this. We did not have any notes request this in your reservation and Saturdays are always busy due to being booked up the night before. Our hotel does not charge any convenience fees, so we are unsure how to respond to your comment. Every hotel requires a credit card on file to authorize for incidental charges should you charge anything to your room. If you do not charge anything to your room, the authorization is released back to the bank and card holder within 3-5 business days. Hope this clears up your billing concerns. 我们从未得到满足。
此外,我们的入住费用中还加了其他便利费。我们最终在晚上 10:30 才入住,因为婚宴很晚。我们提前给酒店打电话告知了我们的意图,因为他们没有批准我们的请求。
让我们带着宠物提前入住,退房当天,我们被允许延迟一小时退房,因为我们生病了,想确保能开车回家。工作人员非常热情!
我的房间没有按时准备好。我不得不降级,而且没有退款,这样我才能有一间房间为我的活动做准备。马桶座圈下侧有粪便。
