The property is a great location. After that it’s dirty and really old. The countertops were burnt and blistered and part of the veneer was missing from several cabinets. The refrigerator and stove were discolored and rusty. The fridge made a noisy sound the whole time. The bathroom needed to be painted and there were rust and water spots all over the ceiling. In the main bedroom there was a very beat up dresser that had seen way better days. Should probably just be thrown away. The walls needed to be painted and there was a giant booger on the wall next to one of the paintings. The good part was towels and linens were all nice and clean. Glad it was only one night.

The walls were chipped.There were stains on the counter stains on the wall. The room was not clean.There was food under the bed. The air made us extremely congested, and everyone has already nose Leaving. I actually was extremely disappointed that I was charged so much.And this was the type of room that I received. I would never stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, great location -
Stayed here many times, will be staying again. Clean, comfortable room with a kitchen across the street from Ralph's and Walmart - save and eat well too! The lack of some amenities are made up by friendly customer focused staff. Close to Magic Mountain, Route 5, and The Old Road, easy access to all of the Santa Clarita Valley. Public transportation is an easy walk away. A greatvalue for travelers who are looking for a safe, no-frills place to sleep, eat, get work done or visit.

我对这家酒店感到很困惑……首先,工作人员很棒!非常友好,乐于助人。但是,房间很脏。陈旧、廉价、破旧的家具,只有一条床单(除非你要毯子),而且地板脏得你的脚和鞋底都黑了。我敢说,你用湿巾擦地板,溅起的黑色污渍会让你吐出来。我们还不得不换了两次房间——一次是因为冰箱坏了,另一次是因为第二个房间的厕所堵塞了,满是粪便!这意味着客人之间的清洁过程甚至不包括打开马桶盖,更不用说清洁了。太恶心了!经理为了弥补房间的麻烦,给了我们一晚五折的优惠。我不明白他们是如何留住这么优秀的前台员工的,因为这栋楼太恶心了。他们需要去更好的酒店工作,这样这个地方才能被谴责……至少没有虫子,我想……
酒店很旧,需要升级改造。房间很脏。酒店说有小厨房,但房间里没有餐具,甚至连咖啡壶都没有。真是浪费钱,以后再也不住那里了。酒店官网居然有这样的设施,真是令人失望。
