I found some bugs in the bathtub. Towels were worn out. On one of the lamps n outlet didn't work. The lamps need to be replaced. The walls of the bathroom were completely dirty, to many stains, that was disgusting. The breakfast was not how it was showed on the pictures.

The rooms smelled like cigarettes and pee. The sliding door never locked properly and the main hallway entrance was duct tapped open which was a security risk. I was constantly concerned about safety and if that hotel was bugged for cameras. My husband was forced into a different room bc the number of kids we have and overall the safety of this place was was really low. I do really appreciate the pool though, that was the only saving grace.

It was a nice hotel, the pool was clean and refreshing. breakfast was ok, and the usual.. was pretty quiet, and clean.. unfortunately, their was rif raf sunday am 530 that felt they needed to talk loud and not have any consideration for others paying to stay there. Maybe signs should be posted "Please be quiet till 9am", for those that are disrespectful and selfish and can't figure it out for themselves..

Flew in for a funeral and came in to find active mold all over the walls and lamp. The bed was filled with stains. Went to ask for a different room and they wouldn’t accommodate. Booked another room at a different hotel. The next morning the manager refused to give me a refund until threatened with the health inspector to visit their hotel. Waiting 5-10 business for a refund. Be weary of booking a room here.

When we booked our stay, we told them we were gonna swim. They never told us that the pool is shut down because it failed inspection and when we asked when we got there, they said we can cancel your reservation instead of helping.!
