Had a beautiful stay, was a warm day. Called ahead and request the Air Con to be put on in our room for arrival. Was so nice to walk into a cool room - appreciate it. Thank you :)

Need to look after the property and the rooms a bit better. Quality of the rooms is dropping every time when we staying there.

Many exterior lights not working so I had to find the room with torch, access card didn't work but I had a key to open the room, when I got inside the access control was dismantled on the inside. The aircon remote was broken and had to be held together to change from cool to heat on this cold winter night. The bathroom was mouldy and the final obscenly small yet disturbing detail was one of the cookie twin packs had been opened and a cookie removed, was the room even cleaned after the last guest?

Stayed 2 nights, 6 days apart. First night was great, everything perfect. Next night, 3pm arrival, couldn't find a room for my travelling companion, despite 3/4 rooms being vacant. My room, sheets not tucked in, bedsides unplugged, electric jug and microwave not working. Hmmmm, felt somewhat undervalued.... Despite this, food excellent, nice little town with dramatic backdrop of Minerva Range.

Lovely little overnight stop. Clean and spacious rooms. The pub does a great meal. Friendly folks. Dog friendly rooms, bunk beds for the kids. Cutlery and plates/bowls, tea/coffee making facilities. What more found you ask for in a little town

We found only one set of cutlery, one bowl, one plate - for 2 people
We also found a big note attached to cupboard that
IF we used the dishes we should wash them using a sachet dishwasher and a sponge that was in a cupboard. The note was signed;
The Dooly’s Management Team
We did not know if the previous occupant washed the plates, cutlery; There is no kitchen sink to was it properly; Maybe in a little vanity in bathroom?
It sucks! We decided not to use them at all;

Outside was only one chair (no table) for two of us 😀

Great service by the staff who were very helpful great meals at realistic prices Room was modern clean and excellent bathroom with lots of room the bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning was quiet Plenty of parking close to shops,cafe and fuel
