I called to speak with management as I could not locate any staff or a drop box when we checked out. My jacket was left behind, i wanted to make an arrangement to have it collected, however I was told me to forget about the jacket and then was hung up on. - The internet was not working for us. I was made aware of a family emergency during the evening and had to leave the property to get sufficient coverage to make contact with my 14 year old distraught daughter. In the middle of explaining this, i was interrupted and hung up on. - We had some kind of bug infestation in our room. Im not sure if it was fleas, bed bugs or mosquitoes - We had to sleep with the windows open as there was no fan in the room (as per the booking it said there was a fan) - There was a spill on one of the cushions (it smelled like urine - There was a spill under the couch cushions also - The floor in the kitchen wasn't clean, there were crumbs - The floor in the bathroom wasn't clean, there was hair on the floor and grime in the shower - The hand soap had been watered down and did not clean our hands - We were woken up at around 6am by noise above us and what sounded like a dryer or washing machine and as we had had such a challenging experience with little sleep due to the bugs, we decided to leave as soon as we had showered. - There were no free toiletries - There was no fan - There was no DVD player - There was no hairdryier - There was no coffee machine - There was no iron - We could not use the TV as there was no working wifi
