I was in the Presidential Suite, and it was fantastic. The entire hotel offers a wonderful experience, complete with great food choices and exceptional staff. Highly recommended if you're ever in Kurdistan.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a very comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the quality of the linens and pillows, which made for a great night's sleep. However, I did notice that while some parts of the hotel have clearly been renovated.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations—not at all like the typical budget Ramada you'd find in the U.S. Everything from the stylish décor and excellent service to the on-site restaurants, gym, spa, and the complimentary breakfast buffet (with an impressive selection of both hot and cold items) was outstanding. The location is also ideal, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions. I had to fly out of Erbil Airport, about four hours away, and the hotel arranged a taxi for me. The manager, Mr. Aziz, even checked in multiple times during the journey to ensure everything was going smoothly. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I truly enjoyed my time in Sulaymaniyah.

It's located in a very beautiful and perfect place in Sulaymaniyah, and at the same time their prices are affordable, friendly and respectful staff working in the Hotel, great decoration and quality environment especially the 1 st and 2 nd floor, and they have a stamped invoice .
