Wow, what an amazingly great park. Staff throughout the park were accommodating and professional. Great to see all staff in park gear. Park and amenities were clean and well cared for. Would stay here again.

Congested park. Cabin was absolutely flifty dirty couch dirty floors dusty mould in bathroom my wife had to do a full clean to make this place liveable total disgrace. You pay for riverfront views and marquees all in front *** is that

This park is beautiful, and HUGE. Amazing facilities, it’s got everything and the kitchen sink! I have never seen van sites so large, they are fantastic! The staff are the loveliest people too. We were just here in May 25, yes it was cold but it was still amazing. If you are worried about road noise, don’t be, we stayed in our van, a little coromal pop top and we were near the road and it was not really noticeable, certainly did not keep us awake. I cannot wait to go back again in summer, already booked in for 6 nights ❤️

The caravan sites nearer to the river give us plenty of room so you don’t feel jammed in. Great water park and pool for all the family. Facilities are great with many things for the children to do. Outdoor cinema, bike track and ice cream van comes everyday. Great spot for skiing if you have a boat. Many eateries and wineries in and around Renmark. So great wine tasting!

Shocking service. A woman messed up the date. That's not what I'm complaining about and I didn't complain at the time. I phoned today, to book for a funeral and she screamed"youre always complaining.. we've had enough and you're banned from staying here" and hung up. I'm a very down to earth, chilled person and I don't complain. I'm grateful just to have a roof over my head. However, she knew I had a close relative die, that I would be upset at the least and pretended that I booked the wrong night to save her own job and cover for her own mistake. It didn't worry me at the time. I was sure it would work out and I thought it was funny...a bit "Faulty Towers. " I didn't complain. I just explained I'd booked and paid for a cabin that day and I'd driven 3 hours to get to a cabin. I was understanding and mellow. Back to how this crazed woman spoke to me today.... I've NEVER been spoken to so badly in my life by anyone in customer service!

Wonderful holiday park for families with kids; so much to fill each and every day. Cabins and communal spaces are very clean, modern and well equipped. Cannot wait to come back for longer.

Great park with lots to keep the kids busy. Splash park & pool next to eachother is great! However the deluxe 2bdr cabin we stayed in was anything but an old run down original cabin. For over $350 a night we were stuck with a poorly maintained accomodation. The price they charge, hadnt even hit peak rates yet, they cant even buy new applicances or fixtures... the oven door doesnt close & doesnt heat properly, the fridge seal is non existent. Was like going back to the 90's at a premium price. How about matching the accom to the you charge. Park amenties is great but the price point & service to match sucks!! And nearly forgot the incorrect light globe used in the fridge - obvious to follow aust standards

总是喜欢来这里。就在美丽的墨累河边，孩子们有很多玩的地方。我认为管理层应该注意以下几点。我们住在较新的 6 床位客舱之一。不错，但对于想要预订的人来说，这些客舱非常小，真的容不下 6 个人。双层床房根本没有储物空间，无法容纳 4 位客人，大床房有很好的储物空间，但我们住的客舱（40）的床垫不是很好，你可以很容易地感觉到弹簧，所以在我们住宿期间睡眠不是很好。除此之外，工作人员很可爱，就像我说的，这是一个很棒的住宿地点。这次也很喜欢现场的餐车。很快再见！
