The room seemed okay at first…. But after killing several bed bugs, spiders, and even black crickets we were dissapointed. Tried to find a working outlet and looked under the bed…. Piles of hair and dust. Cleaning these rooms is not taken seriously. The sink had very little pressure so washing my hands was quite the chore after playing bug exterminator. The “clean” towels had hair on them from previous visitors, as well as the comforter. By the second night we were so disgusted that we went and found a different place to stay…. The MC Hotel is very nice if you don’t want to deal with this dump.

My stay was good except the quality of the bed was atrocious. Half the mattress was hard as a rock and the other side was caved in like an extremely heavy person had slept in it everyday for a year.

Checked in at Kiosk, No human, received code to enter. Exterior in shambles, broken sign, middle of DARK NOWHERE! Super Unsafe!

The front desk was very attentive and professional. Room was nice and neat. Property was not bad. Not a bad choice for a cheap, quick nights sleep.

The check in clerk was friendly, the room was dirty, bathroom toilet had not been cleaned properly, the floor was dirty and the shower curtain had not been cleaned or replaced in a very long time, it was discolored, the room was smelly. parking lot was fine. The air conditioner was loud.

The place was rather dirty and worn, my husband and I did not shower there because we felt it was too unclean. That is the first time ever we have felt that noided out by a motel room! Caked dust in the corners. The manager gave my husband a wrong key to the wrong room. My husband opened up the motel room door to a screaming frightened woman and an upset husband. My husband was mortified. The desk person did not seem to know what he was doing even before giving us a key to an occupied room. He then nonchalantly gave us a different room. Lots of garbage in the weeds surrounding the parking lot. We brushed our teeth with our own bottled water. It just seemed like an untrustworthy , uncared for place.

Good but poor wifi
Good hotel, shower was weird and made a water mess on the floor. Staff super friendly and cupon for breakfast across the lot at a local restaurant. My only complaints are a weird smell in the ac unit and the wifi was awful, couldn't get a stable connection, kept dropping it.

避开这家酒店!!太脏了(可以看照片),而且他们谎称房费含早餐。当我们问起时,他们说“管理层决定支持当地企业”,然后给了我们隔壁餐厅的五折优惠券。那家餐厅为了弥补折扣,还特意抬高了价格。为了自己好,请远离Travelodge这个品牌。我从没在他家有过愉快的入住体验,这次将是我们最后一次把钱花在他家了。
房间脏得要命,我们入住的时候,房间电话线是断的,电话就扔在其中一张床的中间,床头柜和床上满是某种碎屑,房间中央还有个垃圾桶,垃圾都溢出来了。
我们投诉后,酒店经理同意把钱退到我们信用卡上。所以我们相信了她的话,觉得没必要拍照证明房间有多脏乱。结果他们后来拒绝退款,还说房间没问题。
这些人经营着一家肮脏的酒店,他们都是骗子!!
入住这里风险自负吧。
我们再也不会用携程了。
