We came in end of January for 3 nights. Are experience was so amazing, staff, service and atmosphere was just amazing. The rooms were excellent, clean, and relaxing. The pool area is nice too. Gardens are just amazing. Having this wonderful place to stay hassle free. We came back in February for another 5 nights . And they were the best 5 days we spent in Gujarat. We look forward to seeing you all next year.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Upon arrival, the staff has been super friendly and accommodating to our needs. The hotel is beautiful with lots of natural beauty. Food is excellent, best restaurants in the city. Very clean and quick support. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Family of 3 stayed here in January for our last night in Gujarat. Hotel was lovely on the whole and service from staff around the hotel was good too. Pros: Nice spacious room - on arrival I was given a disabled room but was quickly changed (not sure why I was given this!) Service from hotel staff good on the whole. i had to leave early in the morning to catch my flight and the reception staff arranged for a packed breakfast I could take with me. Didn’t get to try most of the activities that were on that day but did go to the 6.30pm Ganesh Aarti which was very nice. Saw Peacocks by the pool and Village area, monkeys on the rooftops and at our bedroom window. Very green and pleasant grounds. Breakfast spread and service was very good. Live egg station, pancake/waffle station, dosa station and lots more Indian food ***** with noodles etc. Cons: Pool is not heated, so you can’t really use it, saw 1 child in there briefly otherwise empty, no one sitting on the loungers at all so seemed a bit quiet and lacked any atmosphere. Also the pool looked worn and could do with a refurb. Spa was booked up so I couldn’t book a massage so book in advance if you want a treatment. She said I could use the jacuzzi and sauna, but there is a charge for this and was very expensive for what you get. The jacuzzi was a spa/hot tub like the ones you can buy for home use and looked old and dirty, very well used. When I questioned why there was a charge for residents, I was told the spa is separate from the hotel!!! Why is it called resort and spa then?! For what you pay in Gujarat it probably needs a bit of updating in parts but we still had a good stay. I am comparing to other 5 star resorts in India and worldwide as I travel a lot but this is probably the best resort style if you want a relaxing break in Gujarat. Just shame the pool is wasted.

I went for a Spa treatment on the 17th December at thr hotel. I enjoyed my 90 minute full body massage by friendly Iaphi she made me feel so relaxed. Fab spa. I am just gutted I didnt get a booking to stsy at the hotel even though I was trying since 8 months ago from London as I am in Anand after 15 years.

Madhubhan is one of the best resorts in India. The place is quite huge and peaceful. You can blindly trust food quality and ingredients. Their food festivals on different regions of India and Sunday brunch are truly wonderful. And you have to experience Mango Sunday brunch in the season. They make really unique and delightful deserts too. Hospitality is top-notch. The whole staff is polite, friendly and courteous. I feel that the place is worth every rupee. Whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask!

这家酒店完全没有五星级的吸引力。从迎宾到大堂氛围，第一印象都令人失望。酒店非常吵闹（我入住期间没有举办任何活动），尽管刚刚完成翻新，但隔音效果却很差。餐厅的传声和家具移动的噪音一直从各个楼层传来……水压不足，没有热水，前台工作人员对客人的需求反应迟钝。缺乏客户关系维护。泳池毛巾又旧又廉价，而且泳池躺椅数量不足。卧室里灯开关太多，晚上又没有遮光帘。酒店经理应该重新审视一下自己的工作职责，重新定义“宾客舒适度”……前台工作人员应该去其他竞争对手那里学习一下，看看真正的服务是什么样的。
安排得非常棒，工作人员热情配合，笑容满面。我的孩子们住得很开心。游泳池非常干净。一切都很完美。
