As always, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was efficent and very welcoming and friendly. This is a great value. I have been stopping here every year for over 25 years, and recommend it to family and friends. It is NOT whatvuoy expect when you think of motel 6. Vit is MUCH, MUCH better.

Unpleasant odor in the hallway from the lobby, like cigarette smell or something.
Front desk clerk was a bit less than courteous. I suggested that the Motel 6 sign wasn't illuminated. She said the people would be notified, but it was still off later that evening.

The water could have been little hotter taking a shower in luke warm water isnt enjoyable

Even though the facility is pet friendly, it shouldn’t smell like a kennel. Their sign doesn’t light up causing me to pass it up several times looking for it. Housekeeping staff could be better, 4 nights and 5 days, I had to get my own towels from the front desk. Room was dirty from the start. All I was told was that I would get 1 night reimbursement and an apology.

Comforter had signs of bed bugs so i checked beneath and found more blood/bed bug poop on the sheets and mattress, then actual bugs in the cracks of the matress. I gathered my 3 kids and i checked out, they said they would refund $160 of my $180 but havn't recieved it as of yet after 1 week. Would not recommend to any family. Yikes

The Staff was awesome! We go there late and she lady was able to change us from a single room to a double no problem! Would stay here again. The EV chargers work for the Tesla slower charging so we weren't able to charge our Equinox which was a bummer but overall it was a good stay.

The first room we were given was unclean, and the bed was obviously slept in already. When we informed them, they said it was the only queen available until we had to ask for a different style. The walls are also paper thin, we could hear everything from the room next to us.

For the price, our stay was amazing! You want 2025 updates, stay elsewhere. You want a place to rest your head updated since COVID, get a room on the first floor with fridge and microwave. The main room is updated, but the bathroom will need an update sooner than later. If you aren’t looking to post your time here to social media this is the place to stay.
