The staff was very nice but the rooms were not great. There was no toilet paper holder, the shower was lukewarm and the room looked rough. The beds were comfortable at least.

Tub was super slow draining, AC was not powerful at all it seemed to get worse and worse, it's probably broken, breakfast was not good, beds were hard like not very comfortable.

There was mold on ceiling, sheets were not clean. When I checked into the room the bathroom was not clean there was mold. The elevator was sketchy and in the last day it was broken. I had to carry my luggage down three flights of stairs.

If you are looking for location super close to Fort Benning this is it only a 5 min drive. Rooms where clean, bed was comfortable, room was very spacious. Very quiet, check in was a breeze.

The bed was comfortable, i found a dead cockroach on my night stand at check in and i showed it to the maintenance. I kept an eye for orhers but did not see it in my room but found another in the elevator. The AC unit had a mildew smell.. The bath tub was not cleaned thoroughly. It looked like dirt caked on and was rinsed but not scrubbed.
The dining area was nice and person el supervising breakfast was a little testy and in everybody’s private space. She is watching everyone like a hawk that made people uncomfortable and feeling invaded. The lotion dispenser did not have any lotion.
