They gave our booked room away ..and wouldnt help get us a different hotel..ended up driving away because everyone was booked ...terrible manger..

Room was clean but did not have shampoo in the bathrooms. The walls needed paint and had patch work. The grass outside was tall and un kept. Looked as if the property is not maintained regularly.

Didn't like the staff you work for them they don't work for you and god forbid you have an accident tryin to get to the bathroom because your foot is swollen 3× its size because of gout then they bring you a sheet covered in piss stains then they wont give you back your 100 deposit I spent
over 300 plus that 100 deposite pretty messed up don't you think

They are thiefs
The room itself was fine had a broken bathroom tile But thats it. It was at check out that i had a problem they did not come to the desk at check out was told to put room key on desk thats it. I paid cash and didnt get my deposit I called about it and was told they could put it on the card on file from booking. A month later nothing i call again and get told if I want the deposit i have to travel 3hours to get it. That wont happen when I work near 60hours a week.

Bedbug covered bed
Bed bugs very bad case they gave me refund after seeing them. Had to through my clothes

The room was good. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets and towels were stained. They could use a good bleaching!

Just okay
Ok if all you need is a bed. Clean enough, but no blow dryer, tissues, complimentary shampoo, and no coffee in the morning. Also, no desk clerk when it was time to check out - just had to leave the key on counter. Was so much light coming in the room at night that we could barely sleep.

The front entrance was blocked by 2 work trucks that didn’t move the 2 days we were there so we had to go in and out a side door that someone was letting their dog poop right outside of and not picking it up.
