Room had an old carpet with a smell that rivals old basements. Water was lukewarm. Bed had stains under the sheets. People slamming on doors and yelling curse words at 4 AM. The ultimate no? As I packed and gratefully left, a roach crawled out from under the microwave and climbed the wall. I was locked in but I need to know if ******* provides any relief for a booking this bad.

my family needed accommodations for 2 weeks due to a family member’s hospital stay at Children’s Hospital. I’m a mom traveling with 3 kids under 10…The room was clean- BUT after our first night’s stay, My 2 daughters and myself awoke to itching bites on our necks, arms and chest. The lock on our room wasn’t working properly- and the activity in the parking lot was loud until late night. We decided to check out after the first night. The staff at the front desk was rude at our checkout. What a bad experience.
