The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The thermostat worked well. I liked that there was a little kitchenette which made the room feel a little bigger. Smaller TV in the room and I couldn’t get the cable to turn on but I made do without. The continental breakfast had a good selection. The front desk clerk was friendly when we checked in.

Nice short stay
I stayed just one night on a business trip. The room was clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast the next day was very good.

The front staff - Shabana especially was absolutely amazing! She gave me extra help and went above and beyond to make my stay welcoming and gave me extra info on my next stay!

The staff at the front counter was exceptional. They were warm and courtesy and extremely proficient. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming.

Room was spacious and clean. We arrived early and asked Nav if we could check in to our room knowing that checkin wasn’t until 3pm. She was abrupt with us and said we are very busy and check in isn’t until 3. I then just asked if our room was ready. She wouldn’t even check, she just said we are very busy and check in isn’t till 3. When we finally checked in I had to have room keys reissued4 times. It was not a smooth process at check in.
