The room had a terrible smell. It’s outdated by far and has the look of being clean and neat however the smell was terrible. Plus there was no cu*k chair. They was a chair but how am I supposed to sit and observe in a regular dining room chair?!?!

The remote for the TV did not work. I got in late each night, so it was not worth calling the desk about it. My drinks froze in the mini fridge, but I couldn't find a control to change the temp. I left a wakeup call for 6:30 AM both nights. The second morning the call didn't come until 7:02 AM. The mirror in the bathroom was broken and glued back together. That just makes the place look cheap! The people at the Diner who checked me in/out were very nice and friendly, but I would expect nothing less from my fellow Texans!

Room needs upgrades. Old looking paint and carpet! Pets should not be allowed as they were barking after 10:00 pm making it very hard to sleep.

There was no drain plug in the tub so there was no way to take a hot bath. There was only one safe looking entrance to the facility so if you had a room at the other end of the building it was a long trek. Bathroom floor was dirty, there was only one drinking cup, only two bath towels, one wash cloth and one hand towel, no plastic bag to put ice in the ice bucket, ice bucket look nasty. The window sill was like a trough that something spilled in it.

Okay… bed was hard! Meh no bells and whistles! Price gouge for Sul Russ home games! Not worth the price at all! Should been 70 a night tops!

The photos on ******* do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The entrance into the hotel carpet was dirty and showed heavy foot traffic wear on the carpet. The door and walk in area was a little messy. In my room, the carpet was coming up around the corners where the bathroom meets the main room. The carpet has heavy foot stains overall. My bedsheets had a stain on them. Overall, I gave a low score because the photos they presented on ******* does not reflect the actual condition of the property. The staff was friendly though.

The staff were nice. This is sn older motel with remote check-in . You had to get up and walk to the diner for coffee and breakfast which we paid for. The microwave did not work, no coffee pot, and we had to get new cards for entry twice.
