On booking we made a request for either a ground floor or easy accessible room. We recieved no reply, so we looked through the web site. No where does it say we are unable to accommodate disabled persons.
So i messaged again.
******* messaged to say they had accepted our booking & taken payment so we thought our request must be in hand.
How wrong we're we.!
Not only was our room at the back of the hotel, but up lots of tiny stairs & down stairs & up stairs.
We asked to check out but were refused a refund saying they would not refund unless they rebooked the room out. Also blamed ******* for accepting our booking. We were forced
to leave other wise we would have been stuck in the room for three days
房间又大又漂亮，干净舒适。早餐很棒，可以选择热食菜单，还有麦片和水果自助。员工是亮点，非常友好和乐于助人。
在这里度过了美好的一晚，还品尝了泰餐，非常棒。下次一定会再来。酒店后面有免费停车场，这真是一个额外的福利。员工们都很友善有礼。房间里生活用品一应俱全，无可挑剔。
房间舒适干净。由于人手不足，没有早餐。客房服务员（真是个好人）不停地道歉，说他们人手短缺，经理还要等一段时间才能到。其他客人在长时间等待后都离开了，我们最终设法与经理取得了联系，但他似乎根本不在乎客人的流失，客户服务令人非常失望。
The Old Bell 酒店非常棒，住得很愉快。他们帮我把行李搬上搬下楼。房间里一应俱全，工作人员都非常友好和乐于助人。食物也很美味！
早餐明明10磅，却连续三次收15磅。要不是最后一次看了他们的官网看到价格要回来了5磅，前台会一直装傻充愣。其他的服务员态度都很友善。
一家很棒的、可爱的小旅馆，楼上是一家迷人的酒吧！地理位置优越。地段很棒。大楼后面的停车位很紧张，但小型车还可以。
房间不像往常那么漂亮，因为住满了，很破旧，需要更新，但友好的工作人员和优质的服务弥补了房间的不足
美丽的设施，友好的工作人员。遗憾的是，员工短缺意味着酒吧和餐厅都关门了。房间设施、茶和咖啡都很棒...探望妈妈和爸爸时会再次入住...
