Place was absolutely trash I’m not usually one for reviews but I couldn’t even stay the night I packed right back up and slept in my car the pictures don’t even include the roaches or the USED bed sheets

I stayed in three different rooms.Black mold was in each of the rooms, black mold was evident in the hallway staff.Very unfriendly, overpriced would not recommend staying here at all

Always have the best experience of any Motel 6 I've ever stayed. The gentleman at check in, I wish I knew his name, provides the exceptional, professional, kinda, friendly and welcoming service missing in so many businesses today and not just hotels. His concern and care for us each stay goes above and beyond. Other management and staff members are Friendly, very Helpful and just out right kind. So many other establishments I have felt judged or made to feel unwelcomed for some reason. Here, everyday I open my door I see smiling faces, asking me if I need additional towels or service for the room, to MGMT who reminds me of times when prices fluctuate so that I'm sure to get the best deal and the best part, my dogs are welcomes here and are made to feel like part of the family as well. The rooms are clean and roomy with clean linen and sheets that feel and look clean. It's not a brand new hotel so there are some areas that show a little wear and tear but thank GOD bug free. Vending available in the lobby, laundry on 2 floors. I just want to say thank you Motel 6 for being my families home since we lost ours in a fire. No where else has made us feel more welcomed. We appreciate you and your service. May the best Motel 6 award go to. Thank front Desk attendant is almost always working. He needs a raise and a all expense paid vacation. Thank you for being the best. 5 stars 5 stars 5 stars all the way!

Rude and unfriendly check-in staff. Snappy men with hard, mean facial expressions. Will never give my money again to people that act like the feel superior and act like they are doing me a favor. Horrible treatment.

The management and staff are very nice and accommodating. They like there property to be nice, clean and quiet to enjoy your stay for however long you need. They Always make you feels home when staying here at Motel 6 PIB Nircross. Youll never have to deal with nonsense.Only genuinely great people from the staff, to the housekeeping, to management and to the guests.. I'll alway give a 💯🌟's..
Thank you all for running an family oriented establishment and keeping the prices fair and honest for everyone... I never experienced any type of payment issue or charge ever while staying here. I cant say this is the most honest place to come lay your head and get coffee in the morning. If you want breakfast burger king amd waffle house is next door a few feet away or even gas within 2 min walk dont even have to cross the street well to get to Burger king but it anout 3.5 minute walk but same side of the street... and for ypu chicken wing lovers american deli in a 5 minute walk all convenient for people without vehicles and its on the best line and right up the street from you folks that like to spend money and shop at Target, buying shoes, tj max, dicks sporting, petsmart, buffalo wild wings, cvs, and let me not forget theyre pet friendly for your 4 legged family members without extra compensation but if you cant control your pets then keep them at the baby sitters. Your pet must be well behaved, courtesy, and awesome....
