The staff was extremely rude except a few of them. The housekeepers knock maybe once or twice without announcing themselves before entering. Had over an hour conversation with one because she faked not being able to speak English and missed my appointment due to her walking into the room with permission to enter while I was getting dressed. Very disrespectful! When I brought it to attention to the front desk they defended them saying they knock 3x and announce themselves which they did this mind you 3 times of just entering into the room where my husband and I were in. Will never stay here and would recommend no one else either!

Front desk staff was really nice.
The room had a funky, musty, sour odor, worse from the fridge.
The cleaning staff never left coffee cups, always necessitating a trip downstairs to get cups gor morning use. The first night there wasn't any coffee packs, either.

Service they were super nice. The hotel itself needs A LOT of work. Comfort negative 10, but the front desk people were nice, but wouldn’t stay there again.

I think they are renovating but the hallways were filled with boxes and mattresses and other building stuff. The rooms are very outdated and the carpets have huge stains. It’s not great

Eggs, Belgian waffles, juice, biscuits/toast, fruit, and coffee ready every morning. Yum!

Stayed 10 nights, had an emergency and had to leave a night early, requested a refund or credit, and it was denied because it was 4:00 and it had to be done by 11:00. Emergencies happen, and times are random. If they couldn't rent it out and were full, I could understand, but otherwise seems like they would accommodate?
