I booked two rooms for CMC treatment so based on my experience so I give my full review here! The hotel staff's are not well-groomed. Especially, night staff's are rude and there is no manager or supervisor in the reception. Bathroom floors and walls are dirty condition. Even, taps are covered with salt content and shower not working. Also the rooms are darker because some of light's not working. Surprisingly they are not aware the same so it's showing they're not maintaining the room's. I taken studio room and smart room. Studio room, which is in corner side but it's not suitable for family because of room size and bathroom don't have ventilation system. Also there is no extra lock provided in the main door. Only two advantages available, one is near to highway and another is breakfast in the hotel.

Calm please, value for money, breakfast is average, no curtains in wet area. Water for bathing is not hot as i expected it is coming little hotter than normal temperature. No car parking.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Lift is available. Parking is available beside the hotel at owner’s risk. Room service is not available but you can order online. Located some at centre of the city. Full of vehicles sound 24hrs since it is opposite to chennai and bangalore highway. Hotel guys are supportive. Worth for money u pay. Necessary accessories kit also they provide.

As soon as we reach hotel, they were not able to find our booking details even after showing the mmt booking id and other details. Room were pretty small, smelling and bed had stain. There is no parking facility, need to park the car in some small cut roadside near to the hotel.

Nice stay at sms grand inn. Room is clean and neat. Bathroom hygiene is good but looks old. Breakfast was good. Good for short term stay

首先，千万别相信他们酒店网上的照片。那些照片很可能是刚装修完不久拍的，但现在整栋酒店都破败不堪。我在网上预订了两间房，提前打电话要求两间房在同一楼层，最好是相邻的。然而，前台却漫不经心地说他们无法提前确认，让我在入住时再问。所以，当我和两位来治疗的老人一起到达酒店时，既没有人开门，也没有人帮忙拿行李。没有人接待我们，就连保安也只是随便和别人聊聊天。我真不知道保安有什么用。进了前台，我出示了预订单，再次要求两间房在同一楼层。但保安说所有房间都住满了，不可能。于是他们给我们分配了二楼和三楼的一间房。反正我也没办法，只好接受了。但接下来又是一次失望。他们给我们安排的房间地板只用扫帚扫过，没有拖地，墙壁上满是灰尘，污渍斑斑，黏糊糊的。我告诉了前台，但他说客房服务人员当时不在，明天之前会打扫房间。此外，电视遥控器和窗户都坏了，对讲机也不太好用，浴室也没有通风设备。总的来说，这家酒店就像一家条件很差的二星级酒店。我本来心情不错，但他们却破坏了我的心情，打乱了我的计划。他们至少应该注重维护和清洁。我很少给酒店差评，但这是第一次因为这样不愉快的经历而给差评。小贴士：一定要查看最近客人发布的照片，因为物业管理部门上传的照片通常是在酒店新建时拍摄的。只依赖官方照片可能会让你失望。
