No key cards, tv is broken, fridge is broken, toilet was leaking, nightstand charger broken. Very ghetto and very tacky for a best western.

No, curtins had something wipe on them in the left hand bottom corner. Gross. We had no room key/card. They ran out and had to manually let us in.
Staff was great.

Room was ok. Pillow case was either dirty or stained, couldn't tell. One hand towel was the same. No working fan in bathroom. Sheer curtain had about a 6-7 inch vertical cut through it.

I was a bit concerned about being near I5 but the hotel is set back a ways and I got a room on the backside, noise was minimal. Except, the heating unit in my room occasional made a LOT of noise during startup. So, not so good.

I did not like that when I booked it on ******* it made it sound like it was close to St. Helens Halloween town and not an hour away

Poor service
The room seldom gets cleaned or the towels replaced in spite of being told to put out the “service room “ sign on the door. No coffee replacements either. By the time I get back it’s too late to have anything done as the front desk staff won’t even get fresh towels.
