Ive managed hotels for years and now own my own cleaning business. I walked in my bed looked like someone had already slept in it. Bathroom was really dirty. And I wont even speak about the floors. Pillows were balls of cotton and just thrown on the bed.

The room was dirty, (walls and carpet) the pool was down so we couldn't swim which is the main reason we wanted to stay, the arcade had to be locked up because someone smashed the glass on a game. The breakfast was terrible and our room didn't have a remote for the TV.

Prepaid and pre registered and still took another hold at time of check in on my credit card. Double dipping for authorization and tying up funds for upto 30 days. Nit happy.

I have stayed here a couple of times in the past with my husband, and it has changed a lot.
The pool was not open this time around and the buffet style restaurant is no longer open, except for the continental breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Our room was okay. The beds were comfortable. I brought my own pillows from home, but my mom, who travelled with me, did not and she did not like the pillows that were provided. She said they were too lumpy.
I did have to ask the front desk three times for extra towels because housekeeping never answered the front desk's calls or messages to bring them to our room. I finally received them from the front desk.
I am disappointed that the buffet style restaurant is no longer open (only for breakfast) but happy that the Flat Rock Bar & Grill was there, but they are only open from Wednesday thru Sunday starting at 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. for the kitchen and 11:00 p.m. for the bar. They had great food and service, though, and we liked the atmosphere of it.
Overall, our stay was nice. The hotel itself needs some cosmetic work, which it looked like they were in the process of doing. The front desk attendants were nice but looked/acted like they did not want to be there.
If we ever stay here again, hopefully the pool will be open, and some cosmetic work will have been done.

The roon was clean, but noisy. I was assigned the room after three times room key changed.

The outside was dirty. The trash cans were filled to the rim and overflowing for the 3 days I was there. Hallway were dirty in different areas.

房子老旧，需要翻新。入住时遇到了一些问题（后来解决了，可能是因为新管理层的缘故）。清洁度不太好。性价比不高：相对于房子本身及其提供的服务来说，价格太贵了。
没有电视。没有电梯。没有制冰机。没有电话。服务人员很友好，但房子很脏。停车场和大楼入口处杂草丛生。
我需要一间配备智能电视和无线网络连接的房间。
