Great place to stay
I was there for only one night, and I will stay again if the need arises. The room was clean and very quiet. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good.

When I checked, in the young man at the from desk set the tone for my stay. He was very friendly and helpful! My stay was quiet and uneventful!

Overall a good stay for a quick trip to Maquoketa Caves State Park, it's only 10-12 mins from the park. Sheets were clean and smelled good. A/C and room had slight mildew smell. Lot of choices for breakfast, coffee was good. Loud motorcycles outside our window at 5am for 30 mins were annoying. I'd give a grade of B.

Outside appearance was not great. Hot tub was out of order arcade was out of order breakfast area was out of most items 45 minutes before the end of the dining time

Very clean and well stocked hotel. Pool was very clean and PH balanced.
You can tell management cares about the facility.

The room was not bad, though a little musty-smelling when we first arrived. We turned on the air conditioning and it improved quite a bit.
